I just got an Americano coffee, but it was good. Haven’t tried the latte here yet to see how their froth is

I'm not sure if I should review a coffee shop without having tried the coffee but I had tea and the tea choices amazing. They serve loose leaf tea. I had a London Fog and Earl Grey mixed with milk hot. This was so delicious on a cold winter night. I had never tried tea made like this and enjoyed it. The prices very low low and many varieties of coffee and teas offered. The place is a very nice size and comfortable. The decor is nice and it's understated and rustic also some stuff up for the holidays. There is lots of parking available. I think anyone would love this coffee shop seems very friendly and a good place to hang out. I was happy with prices and what I ordered.

Absolutely LOVE the Roasted Rail! I've always had awesome service whenever I've gone there. It's pretty spacious and has a great atmosphere for studying or hanging out. They promote a lot of local events, which is awesome. Everyone who works there is super nice, and they've always got good recommendations if you don't know what to get. I got one of the fall coffee flights and it was fabulous. They have so many good options!

Absolute all-time favorite place to go for a pick me up in the morning. I have a favorite barista that always goes above and beyond to make my drink taste absolutely phenomenal. My only concern is the management. Between rumors and Public gossip it appears that the Manager seems to have a preference for minors. After overhearing in Walmart one day that the newly promoted assistant store manager is freshly 18, has little to no service experience, is extremely racist, and has no real idea on what she's doing, I decided to swing in and see for myself. My findings just observing management were interesting to say the least. For a freshly 18-year-old female, she sure spends a lot of time in her male manager's office alone with him. Makes you wonder why she really got that promotion when there's at least three other employees who have been there longer, have way more experience, and have the necessary customer service skills to be a successful assistant manager. I think a deep dive into what's actually going on in management is necessary. But once again that does not reflect on the quality of product that is produced by this establishment.

I brought the husband and the kids to the coffee house today so they could see how delicious it is and boy oh boy did they get VIP treatment! My kids walked in before us, and with a form of payment the barista could not accept and so to resolve the issue so the boys didn’t have to walk out without their treat SHE PAID FOR THEIR DRINKS. How amazing is this incredible young lady?! I walked in and my oldest was so happy and kinda sad at the same time, and told me about the situation, and as a mom I was just so grateful. Not that many people have patience for kids these days but this young lady went out of her way to show these kiddos that kindness will always win. Thank you for the best life lesson for these young and growing humans, I am SO PROUD to be your customer
